Pricing

How pricing works

Free to start and free to stay. When you want the AI mentor, you pay for a simulator and the coaching it includes — nothing more complicated than that.

Final prices are announced before launch. Nothing below is a quote — it is how the pricing is built.

Not live yet

Paid plans open before the first sale. Register now on the free tier and you will be first to know when pricing goes live.

Free to start

The free tier never expires: the DIY workbench and a few coached sessions so the mentor is a real thing you have tried, not a promise. Short, full-capability trials let you see a paid simulator end to end before you decide.

What you pay for: access, plus credits

A simulator subscription

You subscribe to the simulator you want to train on. Each one is priced on its own — a bigger, heavier sim costs more than a small one.

Credits for coaching

Your subscription includes credits. Credits live in one shared wallet across every sim you use, and a coached session spends them. Heavier sims spend a little more per session.

The sim keeps working

When your included sessions run out, the simulator still runs — coaching pauses until next month, or you top up. Setup, tips, and questions about past sessions never use a session.

One worked problem

A coached session is one problem worked start to finish with the AI Skills Mentor: pick a fault, probe and reason, fix it, debrief.

Practice on your own, free within a daily limit

Open Practice is you working the equipment with your own opens and jumpers — you know what you changed, there is no hidden fault and no coaching. It is included, with a daily allowance of short how-to messages. Hidden faults and full coaching are what a coached session is for.

Each simulator on its own, and the bundles above them

There is no single uniform ladder — each simulator is set by its own build, upkeep and AI cost. Advanced sims may be paid add-on modules on top of a craft.

On a phone

The phone version of a simulator is a separate, simpler app — lighter and faster, priced lower than the PC version. Some phone sims are free; some run on their own without live AI coaching. Full troubleshooting still wants a PC or laptop.

Teams and education

Buying for a crew or a classroom? Team seats and a paid pilot are how employers start, and education gets reduced pricing. Tell us about your group and we will shape it with you.

Fair terms

If we ever owe you — an outage or a service problem — the default remedy is extending your subscription rather than a cash refund, and the full terms spell out the rare worst-case scenarios so one event can't take the service down. The complete terms publish with pricing.
